I Am Stepher

I renewed my blog URL today. Do you know what that means? Anyone? It means that it has been one year since I purchased it and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Well, maybe saying absolutely nothing is a little too harsh. I do have one blog post about my cousin Bianca being born (her birthday was on the 13th) and one die-hard fan of my blog. Can I call her a die-hard fan if she just asked when I was going to start posting? Sure! Thanks for the support Molly!

The problem is, I just couldn’t decide what the heck to write about. At first I thought I would write about fashion- but I don’t really know anything about fashion. Then I thought I would write about all of the different crafts I like to make, but then I realized that they are all kind of crappy. Then I thought I would write about my travels, but Andy didn’t think anyone would be interested in the what a Courtyard Marriott looks like in San Francisco VS. Seattle.

So here we are, one year later and I am in the same predicament. While on a flight to Salt Lake today and trying to get out of work emails-it hit me. I travel a lot for work and my biggest problem and favorite perk is the FOOD. Maybe no one cares but while traveling I eat some pretty awesome and some times pretty disgusting food. So here I go.

Maybe this will inspire me to diet (hopefully). I am going to log every thing I eat while I travel. Bon Appetit!

The first meal of the day was an American Airlines omelet and fruit. I get super excited any time I am served a meal in flight so I am going to be a little biased on this one. It was AMAZING!
